My fucking badass headset got fucked up

Here is an e-mail I sent to Creative, after I was told I would receive an identical product, I was sent a slightly crappier product.





I expected nothing from this e-mail, but I actually recieved a reply.






My RMA got escalated? Golly gosh darn gee willikers batman, only way over a month after my headset broke. Granted, I don't mind the new headset, but it is nowhere near as awesome as the one I bought.
